Beauty services expanding at Energy

Beauty therapies are constantly improving and it is important that men and women seeking treatment go to salons where they will receive professional and qualified attention.

That's the message from professional beauty therapist Amanda Hansen whose business, Hansen Beauty, has been practicing from Energy Hair & Beauty's Exeter salon since 2007.

Amanda said: "I specialise in skin care, including eye, body, hand and foot treatments, massage, self-tan, waxing and electrolysis. My treatments are designed to pamper, relax and care for you. My purpose is to improve skin health and to restore radiant skin through the use of a range of up-to-date professionally applied treatments."

Amongst Amanda's range of treatments is the application of Jan marini products which are known as cosmoceutical - positioned between over the counter cosmetics and pharmaceutical products. These include glycolic acid peels for photo damaged skin, acne and scar reduction.

Amanda Hansen is recognised by the Confederation of International Beauty Therapy & Cosmetology (CIBTAC), the British Association of Beauty Therapy & Cosmetology (BABTAC) and holds a City & Guilds in Beauty Therapy
