All of our experts offer complimentary consultations in-salon – just call reception on 01392 211817 to book or use our online booking system.

All new customers or existing clients who have not had a colour service in our salon in the preceding 6 months must have a new patch test at least 48 hours prior to their appointment. Patch tests can be carried out during our open hours by any member of our team.

To provide the best service to all our clients, our cancellation policy is as follows:

1. Booking Deposit: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment(s). The pre-paid amount will be applied towards the cost of your service.
2. Cancellation Notice: We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows us the opportunity to accommodate other clients.
3. Late Cancellations: If you cancel or reschedule your appointment(s) with less than 48 hours’ notice, your deposit will be forfeited or you may be charged in full.
4. No-Show Policy: If you fail to show up for your appointment without any notice, you will be charged in full for the service you were booked in for via the card your deposit was paid on. Repeated no-shows may result in the requirement of full pre-payment in advance for future bookings.
5. Rescheduling: Rescheduling with at least 24 hours’ notice will allow your deposit to be transferred to the new appointment date and time.
6. Emergency Cancellations: We understand that emergencies happen. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible (see How to Cancel below). We may make exceptions to our policy at the Management’s discretion.
7. Running Late: We allow a 15 minute grace period for all bookings. If you are late for your appointment, your operator will do as much of the scheduled service as they can in the time remaining but you will be charged in full for the service that you originally booked. If we are running late (over 30 minutes), we will do our very best to make it up to you by offering you either a complimentary Goldwell Conditioning Treatment.
8. Multiple Bookings: If you have multiple bookings and cancel one part on the day of the appointment, you may be charged for the cancelled part of the booking.
9. Cool-Off Period: Please note, we operate a 30-minute cool off period for short notice bookings, whereby you can cancel your appointment at no charge within 30 minutes of receiving your booking confirmation.

Three times a year on average, additional appointments may be needed for root coverage if applicable.

Six weeks for short hair, eight weeks for long hair. 

Parting colour covers your visible hair parting only, and on average is applied to around 5 inches of hair. Half a head colour covers 50% of your total hair starting from the top!
